MB Bullion Account Deletion Request

Users of the MB Bullion mobile application may request the permanent deletion of their account and associated personal information.

Information Required

To help us identify your account and protect your privacy, please provide the following information when submitting your request:

• Registered Mobile Number
• Registered Email Address (if available)
• Account Name
• Reason for deletion (Optional)

Identity Verification

For your security and to prevent unauthorized account deletion, MB Bullion may verify your identity before processing your request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification and approval of your request, the following information will be permanently deleted:

• MB Bullion User Account
• User Profile Information
• Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Account Access Information
• Notification Preferences
• Other personal information associated with your account, unless retention is required by law

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Order history required for legal, accounting, taxation, or regulatory compliance
• Records necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or security investigations
• Information required to resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations

Processing Time

Verified account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days.

Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in or access any services associated with that account.
